As the entire microphone boom is detachable, you can replace it if your microphone breaks or in case you lose it. How does the microphone work?
The H6PRO has a boom arm with a high-quality microphone for communication. If you do not want to use the microphone it can easily be detached. You can place the included magnetic cover plate on the microphone boom socket to keep a sleek look with the microphone detached.u003cbru003eIf you wish to be muted, you can simply lift the microphone to mute.
Does the headset come with its own software?
This headset is a plug-and-play headset, meaning that it does not require any set-up or additional software. The headset works optimally from the get-go, which makes it compatible with a wider range of platforms.u003cbru003eIf you want to use the EPOS GAMING SUITE you should investigate our range of external USB soundcards such as the GSX 300, GSX 1000 or GSX 1200 PRO.

Can I pick up calls with this headset?
This headset can be used to pick up calls on devices that feature a 3.5 mm jack port provided the microphone is attached. As this headset is analog, it cannot be connected through Bluetooth®.
