The Acer Vero XL2521i swaps the lamp for a laser. The light source is rated for 20,000 hours in standard mode and 30,000 hours in ECO, so there is no lamp to budget for and the brightness holds over the years. Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution, 4000 ANSI lumens and 3,500,000:1 dynamic contrast make it a strong pick for a boardroom that runs all day or a lounge that wants a 100-inch picture.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! The included wireless projection kit lets laptops and phones present without a cable, and two HDMI inputs keep a set-top box and a games console connected. The 15 W speaker fills a meeting room on its own, with an audio out for a soundbar. Vertical and horizontal keystone correction and a 1.1x optical zoom make set-up quick on a table or a ceiling mount. Vero is Acer’s lower-impact range: the chassis uses post-consumer recycled plastic and the laser draws about a third less power than a comparable lamp projector.
